This page explains the information Saudi Offer uses to run the store and process orders. It describes the features available in this version of the website.

Information collected at checkout

We collect your name, mobile number, city, delivery address and any delivery notes you choose to provide. The store also saves products, offers, quantities, prices, the order number, status and date. Checkout does not ask for your date of birth or payment-card details.

Why we use it

• To prepare your order and check availability and the address.
• To contact you about confirmation and delivery arrangements.
• To handle returns, replacements and customer service.
• To protect forms and limit automated or repeated attempts.

Who can access it?

Order details are available to authorised store administrators. Necessary delivery information, such as your name, phone number and address, may be shared with the party delivering your order. Your order data is not published on product or review pages.

Cookies and technical information

The store uses a session cookie to keep the cart, protect forms and support administrator sign-in. Disabling cookies may prevent the cart and checkout from working correctly. A value derived from the connection address is used to limit repeated attempts. Hosting services may log technical request and error data according to their configuration.

Payment and marketing

Cash on delivery is the available payment method, so this checkout does not collect card numbers or security codes. The current version does not include Google Analytics, advertising trackers or automatic marketing subscriptions.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Use the contact page to explain your request. We may need to verify your connection to an order before sharing or changing its information. Deletion requests are reviewed in light of order-processing needs and applicable obligations; submitting a request does not trigger immediate automatic deletion.

External links and updates

If you use an external link, such as WhatsApp when available, the other service’s policy applies to information you send there. Review this page when services or data handling change.

These terms explain how to use Saudi Offer and submit orders. Read the product description and payment, delivery and returns policies before buying. These terms do not limit consumer rights under applicable law.

Using the store

Browse and order lawfully, using accurate details that belong to you or that you are authorised to use. Do not use forms for harassment, false orders or attempts to access other people’s information. If you are under 18, place orders with a parent or guardian’s supervision.

Product and offer information

Review the name, images, description and selected offer or size before adding an item. Quantity means the number of selected offers; one offer may contain several pieces. Ask about an unclear specification rather than assuming it from a photo.

Order submission and confirmation

Submitting the form records an order awaiting review. Our team contacts you to confirm availability and delivery details. Keep your order number for enquiries, changes and follow-up. If an item is unavailable or material information is incorrect, the team will explain the situation before proceeding.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Saudi riyals. The total includes the displayed delivery charge before submission. Cash on delivery is currently available. An old promotional image is not a price reference for an offer different from your current selection.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly with the order number and requested change. Changes depend on the preparation and shipping stage. After delivery, use the published returns and replacement policy.

Using products

Follow the manufacturer’s packaging or supplied instructions. Descriptive information is not a diagnosis or a promise of a medical outcome. Do not assume uses or results that are not stated in the product specifications.

Content and trademarks

Trademarks, images and content remain with their respective rights holders. Do not reuse protected material without the necessary permission. Sending a customer-service enquiry does not mean it will be published as a review or used in advertising with your consent assumed.

Contact and updates

The contact page lists ways to reach us, and the privacy policy explains order-data handling. Review the terms and policies before placing a new order, as service arrangements may change.
